Teshanne Phillip is a visionary, humanitarian, author of seven books, ghostwriter, Global speaker, mentor and empowerment coach. She travels around the world restoring hope in various nations.
As a 2003 graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s Hospitality School, Teshanne has served in various leadership roles in higher education for over 25 years. Her dedication towards educational success is evident throughout her successes. She has earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Kaplan University and her Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Service Administration at Northcentral University.
In 2018, Teshanne received the Best Humanitarian of the year award from D&Ksuomi Foundation/EOAW–Nigeria, for her contributions and commitment to making a difference in the lives of others in Africa. Ms. Phillip was also the recipient of the Distinguished Service award by the Galleon Foundation. In 2019, she received the Community Service award by the People Profile Organization and the Women of Distinction award by the Lauderhill Chambers of Commerce. In 2020, Teshanne was featured in the VoyageMia Magazine.
Her vision for IAH is to reintroduce hope in every region.
REVEREND DR. KEITH L. CAMPBELL, is the pastor and founder of Restoration Christian Ministries (RCM), located in Bronx, NY. Dr. Campbell holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, a Master's of Urban Studies & Theology, and a Doctor of Divinity. Dr. Campbell is a 26-year veteran of the New York Police Department (NYPD), Sergeant Special Assignment, and has worked with in various elite units during his tenure. His most recent assignments were Collaborative Policing, Housing Bureau, Patrol Borough Manhattan North, and the Criminal Enterprise, formally known as the Narcotics Division in the Organize Control Bureau to name a few.
Dr. Campbell’s leadership extends beyond the four walls of RCM. He is a global speaker who travels around the world preaching and teaching the unadulterated word of God. He has made appearances on the Trinity Broadcast Network “This Is Your Day,” where he taught on combating domestic violence in the church. With his unique sense of humor and his ability to reach people where they are in life, Dr. Campbell partners with the political leaders to make a difference in the community of the Bronx. His leadership and community efforts have led to expeditious growth and transformation of lives. All these pales in comparison to his role as a father of his two amazing children.
Barbara Rodriguez was born and raised in Arizona. She started her graphic design career while working in a small print shop in Phoenix, where she soon learned graphic design was her calling and passion.
Barbara works tirelessly to assure that each customer’s vision comes to life through her creative talents. She has designed: books, posters, invitations, brochures, and mailers. There is not any design challenge she is not willing to take on; she delivers high quality products in a timely manner. Her passion started 30-years ago and she continues to thrive by bringing each customer’s vision to life.
Barbara enjoys being on the team of I am Hope Foundation and often conducts fund-raising sponsorships for I am Hope programs and projects.
Avis Winfrey is a dedicated partner of the I Am Hope Foundation, where she plays an integral role on the committee that oversees international projects in Africa. Her commitment to global service and community development has made her an invaluable part of the Foundation’s mission to bring sustainable hope and transformation to underserved regions.
She also serves as one of the Senior Pastors of Freedom Church International in Pell City, Alabama. Within her church community, she leads as the Director of the Reconciliation Ministry and Prayer Connect, cultivating spiritual growth and healing through intercessory prayer and restorative ministry.
Avis is a devoted wife, loving mother of four, and proud “Mimi” to six grandsons. Her life reflects a deep commitment to faith, family, and service—both locally and internationally.
Gabyriella Foster-Haye serves as the I Am Hope Foundation's Social Media Manager and Content Creator, though her role extends far beyond digital platforms. A dedicated and versatile team member, Gabyriella wears many hats behind the scenes and is always ready to step in wherever needed to support the mission of I Am Hope.
Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Gabyriella is an accomplished author of several books and a proud graduate of Florida International University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science. In 2022, she launched her multimedia business, Munchie Media, a creative company dedicated to helping others bring their visions and stories to life—because for Gabyriella, there isn’t a project or story she isn’t excited to support.
A proud Filipino American, Gabyriella is a passionate advocate for human rights and is deeply committed to encouraging young people to know their worth, walk in their purpose, and pursue their full potential. She is also a dynamic motivational speaker, and an anointed young preacher who loves studying the Word of God. When she's not working with I Am Hope, she can often be found curled up with a good book or watching a true crime documentary. She is also a loving wife and a devoted mother to her four-year-old child.

Apostle Williams’ has served faithfully in many facets of ministry for over 30 years and has Pastored for over 16 years. She has equipped Agents of Change during “The Good Morning Agents, Podcast” which she ran consecutively for over 7 years. She Coaches and Mentors Emerging Women Leaders & Entrepreneurs, helping them overcome the obstacles that will hinder their progress, for success in life, in ministry and in business.
She is the founder of the Power in Unity Prayer Campaign which rallies the Body of Christ, City Officials and Community Partners to unite & ignite strategic partnerships for city and statewide transformation. Louislyn Morris was born and raised on the vibrant island of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. From a young age, she had a deep passion for helping others. She proudly served six years in the United States Army, where she discovered her calling in emergency medical services.
In 2004, Louislyn became an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and in May 2014, she advanced to become a certified Paramedic through the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Services.
Her educational journey continued as she earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from American Intercontinental University in 2006. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Western Governors University, beginning in October 2024.
A proud graduate of Ivanna Eudora Kean High School (Class of 1999), Louislyn holds numerous certifications that she have collected over the years. One big accomplishment she has received is her certification as a foster parent within the US Virgin Islands.

Alison Wattley holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. She also graduated from Hunter College with an honors degree in Accounting. She holds several certifications in Accounting and specialization in QuickBooks application and training. . Alison is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in General Psychology and will graduate this year from North Central University. Alison works with individuals and couples addressing issues including anxiety, relationship issues, mood and psychiatric disorders. Alison is an active member at her local church, Restoration Christian Ministries where she was instrumental in the birthing of the Counseling Ministry. She is the Founder and Owner of The Healing Oasis Services and AliWatt Blings Jewelry and Accessories Company.
